I have EXTREME STIFFFNESS in my upper back and neck that affects the range of motion in my arms. I was recently told this is due to radiation fibrosis from radiation I had 30 years ago for Hodgkin's Lymphoma. I was also told that internal lymphedema is a contributing factor to the stiffness. It's difficult to find treatment in my area (Cincinnati, Ohio) for this problem. I'd like to know if anyone else has similar symptoms and what they are doing for treatment. Does lymphatic therapy help with stiffness?

Hello. I'm new here. I have just completed 4 weeks of therapy which basically means both legs have been wrapped 24/7. I've gotten used to that but I have noticed that my urine frequency has gone way up. I could go every 1/2 hour. Is that a consequence of Lymphedema? I thought maybe my system was working overtime to remove some of the excess fluid.

To say something about myself, this is the first time I have been treated for lyumphedema in my left arm. My problem started when I had 20 lymph nodes removed as part of breast cancer surgery in 2001. I was treated with massage and wrapping. What other therapies are there? What physical exercises?

I am treating my first patient with Lipedema and am looking for suggestions. How effective is MLD and bandaging? Can they hope to decrease their leg size substantially? Any ideas are appreciated. :)

Hi group...new here, just wanted to say hi and say a few things about myself..I was diagnosed with primary lymphedema in my legs..Ive had it since age 11 and have had two bouts of cellulitis in my right leg. With summer here, the swelling is way worse than it is in the cooler months, so I hoping to find more information as far as foods and exercises that may help the lymphatic system..suggestions? :)
