Hi, I have seen a therapist for lymphedema in my left leg. She has given me instructions on how to perform the "c" type massage. To reinforce what she has taught, I would appreciate any recommendations for good videos or other media that I might access from my computer. Thank you!

My right arm lymphedema was diagnosed in December. I went through 2 weeks of treatment in January and now wear a gauntlet and sleeve. I'm starting to see a little improvement. My question concerns insurance reimbursement for compression garments. My ins. company covered the gauntlet but refused to cover the sleeve because it wasn't pre-approved. The problem may lie in the code that was used to submit the claim. I remember reading on a lymphedema website about other people having code issues and there was information about the 'correct' code. Does anyone have that information? Thanks!!
