Hi everyone ! I have a question related to flying for those with lymphedema.
If all precautions are taken the same way, which seems the most optimal way to fly ?
A-one 8hr hour long flight on Airbus A350 (max cabin pressure at 6000 ft altitude)
B-three shorter flights on Boeing 787 (2hrs, 4hrs and 6hrs respectively) with 1 day rest between flights (max cabin pressure at 6000 ft altitude)
C-two shorter flights 3.5hrs on 777/ AirbusA380 (max cabin pressure at 8000 ft altitude) and 6hrs on Airbus 350/Boeing 787 (max cabin pressure at 6000 ft altitude)
One choice may be better than the other as far as triggering/worsening lymphedema is concerned. We want to avoid choosing incorrectly. So wanted to ask the community here as well.

I am pretty new to having mild lymphedema. I was curious how others deal with this. Do you do lymph massage drainage and how often? Do you wear your compression sleeve every day and for how long? I want to do whatever is necessary to keep it from getting worse so I am curious what others do to keep this in check, as best you can.
