Hello Lymphedema Community. I'm in need of serious help for my friend. She has retained about 125 lbs of fluid from her waist down in the past 8 months and doctors have not been able to help her. She has been in the hospital or a care facility since Feb of this year. Doctors are telling her there is nothing more that can be done. She has heart issues and they have used extreme amounts of Lasix in the past 2 weeks to remove fluid and it hasn't worked. Any suggestions about who to see or what to do?

Hi! I am planning to go to Austria to the Wittlinger Clinic to treat my lower limbs lymphedema. Do someone have an experience about passing the treatment at mentioned clinic? Any feedback? Thanks in advance...

Thank you Karen. I do massage and exercise at home. I also wear compression bras or binders. However in this hot Florida weather the binders can become uncomfortable. It just seems never-ending. This has been a long terrifying journey.
