hello I live in San Antonio Texas very hot. I was wondering if the heat affects anyone like it does me. I have it on both legs and right side of abdomen.Today was very hot i was out when I came home I could not cool down my legs were like on fire aching tingly i was miserable any suggestions? does anyone suffer this way?

Not sure how to connect with other members, or to see if there is a group/s that might fit me best. Not new to lymphedema, new to this community and want to find a support group/s. Feeling pretty down...actually really down. Any feedback on how to connect with others. What is best way to connect? I'd love to support/get support. Working with one of the professionals who helps fit me with compression garmets and she is working on connecting me with some other individuals who have a longer history with this and/or starting a small support system. Any feedback on how to navigate this site and how best to connect?
