Turns out the surgeon used... moreI feel that is when I noticed the first sign of swelling is the physical therapist having me lift 40-60 lb leg lifts after arthroscopic knee surgery for a torn meniscus. The swelling turned into lymphedema, now under control. Turns out the surgeon used a tourniquet on my thigh which was too tight or too long causing vascular & nerve damage & trauma to my body...Cathy Schneider

Started them last year in a recovery mode for my back too and healing my shoulders' range of movement which was destroyed in an auto accident of '08. So looking forward to getting back into the pool again.
