  Kristyn Fletcher Hello!  I was looking for some help from my instructors from my Norton course I took a few years ago!  I am refusing to see a pt with acute on chronic kidney failure with critical renal panel values that are worsening by the day.  I am being asked to...  moreHello!  I was looking for some help from my instructors from my Norton course I took a few years ago!  I am refusing to see a pt with acute on chronic kidney failure with critical renal panel values that are worsening by the day.  I am being asked to produce written proof in addition to my class notes that renal dysfunction is indeed a contraindication, and why.  Is there anything you can send me?  It would be a lifesaver!
