I have been followed recently in a lymphedema clinic near where I live and even though I have had to adapt and change how I do things from now on, I am glad I sought help when I did. I now wear a compression sleeve and try to stay positive.

  • Annie Ross I'm glad I found this site. I have been breast cancer free for two years but suffer from Lymphedema in my left arm and chest. I do the the self massage therapy twice a day and wear my Sleeve everyday. I really dont know very much about Lymphedema, glad to find other people with my problem so I can learn from them.
