  Amy Webb → Rosa Covarrubia: Thanks for reaching out to me today Rosa  I just went to my second PT appt and they showed me how to do MLD (massage) and different wrapping techniques.  I bought a toe cap and am wearing compression hose currently.  My PT also just put a test strip...  moreThanks for reaching out to me today Rosa  I just went to my second PT appt and they showed me how to do MLD (massage) and different wrapping techniques.  I bought a toe cap and am wearing compression hose currently.  My PT also just put a test strip of the Kinesio taping to make sure I don't have a reaction to the tape itself.  I go back in 2 weeks...it's all so mind boggling right now!

    Amy Webb I just found out that I have lymphodema of the legs and feet. The doctor says that it is the result of my cancer surgery a few years back. Just now learning what all I need to do to keep this under control. Any helpful words of wisdom are welcomed!

    Amy Webb Yes I am. Just now have my compression hose, but at the beginning of treatment. My goal is to not be in pain and get swelling under control. I would like to wear shoes other than Tennis Shoes and loafers I have my second PT appt this Friday 10/5

    Rosa Covarrubia Amy, read my blog of a few minutes ago. The Flexitouch massage machine I use is also for the lower extremities. I never wrap anymore.
