    Katherine Clarkson I have been just diagnosed with Lymphedema and lipedema. I thought I was the only one. I have not started the massage therapy yet. My dr. is talking about liposuction for the lipedema but afraid it would effect the lymphedema

  Mary Schmitz To Deb P.     If you are diagnosed with lymphedema your therapist will give you some very helpful hints and exercises to do whil in treatment.  I have had this since 2007 and have been treated multiple time for months on end for my legs but there...  moreTo Deb P.     If you are diagnosed with lymphedema your therapist will give you some very helpful hints and exercises to do whil in treatment.  I have had this since 2007 and have been treated multiple time for months on end for my legs but there is  hope for less pain and much less swelling.  Follow the therapist's instructions and you will be fine.
