  Marilyn Juliana → Lymphedema Community Staff: I have lymphedema and lipedema in both my legs and it5 mostly affects my upper thighs--they are huge!  AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWe have tried wrapping to no avail.  I tried thigh highs, 3 diff kinds of full panty hose compression garments, the 3 piece...  moreI have lymphedema and lipedema in both my legs and it5 mostly affects my upper thighs--they are huge!  AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWe have tried wrapping to no avail.  I tried thigh highs, 3 diff kinds of full panty hose compression garments, the 3 piece velcro garment and none of them work for me.  Everything falls down and the panty hose works somewhat5 but each leg is a diff size and it will fit one side but not the other.  I and very overweight (300) lbs so self wrapping is impossible.  I had my husband and a therapist try and they cant get it to stay either.  Any suggestions?  less

    Allie C I would second custom compression stockings. Also when I have wrapped used the velcro I have used tight bike shorts to help keep them up. I know it's frustrating, I would for sure look into custom compression stockings.
