I have breast Le and along with decompression therapy, my PT uses...  moremake sure your therapist is certified in lymphedema therapy Norton school , LANA certified. There is a web site called Speak out, Step up ( or vice versa) that I found very helpful. I have breast Le and along with decompression therapy, my PT uses kinesio tape but I don't know if that applies to leg Le. Good luck.
