I was recently diagnosed with lymphedema in my lower extremities. It's been a challenging journey. I've had physical therapy and are wearing Velcro stockings on both legs. I also have compression stockings that I occasionally wear. Since I've been wearing them my legs seem to have become weaker. Has anyone else experienced this and is there something I'm doing to cause this? Appreciate anyone's input! Thank you.
