Most of the lymph nodes in my left leg have been removed due to melanoma in a lymphnode in my left groin. I have trouble with swelling especially during climate changes. I live in Southern California and may need to relocate to Arizona. I’m very concerned about the extreme heat. Is there someone who can help me know if this is an ok idea or ways to deal with the heat. Thank you
