And they also gave me arm exercises to do. I did all for several months 6-9 mos to get my arm down and now wear a compression arm sleeve during the day and a compression night garment to sleep in. I also purchased a pump with arm sleeve and pump my arm for an hour ever day which mimics the manual lymph drainage.
