    Lynne Comley I have a question: I am treating a pt. now that has swelling at left neck in the venous angle area that I am having a hard time decreasing with regular MLD. I stopped going to the inguinal area oon the same side beacuse the return made it swell more....  moreI have a question: I am treating a pt. now that has swelling at left neck in the venous angle area that I am having a hard time decreasing with regular MLD. I stopped going to the inguinal area oon the same side beacuse the return made it swell more. Have been focusing on directing it to oppposite axillary and venous angle. Any ideas? Thanks Lynne

      Steve Norton Hi Lynn, So this sounds atypical and potentially complicated. When the venous angle SCF is full it sometimes indicated blockage of the thoracic duct or other trunks due to physical obstruction. Level 3 node involvement may allow for tumor to occlude this...  moreHi Lynn, So this sounds atypical and potentially complicated. Level 3 node involvement may allow for tumor to occlude this region. Of course i don't have a history here to better address but please think...
