    All information is appreciated.

      HI Patricia,
Unfortunately, there is not much out there yet on rehab protocols following VLNT surgery. In my experience, we have a discussion with the surgeon to help guide treatment. Patricia Cabral As a new CLT, I have my first patient with lymphedema of the breast.  My plan is to use medium stretch bandages after MLD.  I would appreciate some guidance in how to incorporate gray foam into the wrap. Thanks in advance.

Patricia Cabral I am a recent CLT graduate and have just started seeing pts.  One of my pts has lymphedema in her left breast (no signs/symptoms in her UE's).  Is there a specific way to measure a breast or do you recommend a standard bust measurement?  Thank you !

Staff Certified Lymphedema Therapist I usually take 3 measurments: one below the breasts around the rib cage, one around the nipple line and one above the breasts. There is usually swelling around the breast also. Good luck!
