And so the real learning just begins ...and the one thing I am missing is a mentor to help me along the way (we are short of trained professionals in this area) I am really passionate about this work and want to get it right! Ideally I would like to have a buddy to email my questions..some simple ..some needing experience..should I post them to you here? is there a list of frequently asked questions to read first ?
