Just wondering about thoughts on this...use of US or laser on fibrotic areas? thank you

    Vigneri Leigh I have a patient that asked about laser hair removal on the affected side.  Does anyone have an opinion on this?  Is it contraindicated? Thanks

      Steve Norton This is a good question. I don't believe any studies have been done but as a rule any skin procedures that cause inflammation are not a good idea. Lazers can be set to different depths and follicles are deeper. It may be an unnecessary risk.
