I'll just say this: they have the "below the knee" device perfected. Above the knee isn't so great. Maybe this year they've changed it. Maybe it's me. And I don't believe the Farrow is a trim to fit. That sounds like a different vendor's product. Farrow comes in several different sizes so be sure to follow their measuring instructions carefully. Good luck.

I think Farrow does have a trim to fit product now. I have the original Farrow wraps (lower leg only) and am not thrilled with them. I have lipo-lymphedema and my leg is more of a conical shape rather than a column shape, and they fall down pretty easily.

My patient's specialist recommended the Farrow Wrap for her BLE's. Her legs are short and she has a tremendous amount of abdominal skin flap, so we didn't bother with the thigh sections. She loves them, however, she spends most of her time in bed.
