It is an EXCELLENT read for any LE patient, but especially for the patient who has been newly-diagnosed. It takes awhile to sift through all those early emotions we have and finally come to the acceptance that this is something we will have to deal with FOREVER, but that it will NOT control our lives.....

I am delving into essential oil living. Oils have several healing properties. Does anyone have any experience with it whether topical or ingestion?
