Claire RothI was wondering since I use a machine for self massaging every day is it still necessary to wear a sleeve every day. By the afternoon it becomes very uncomfortable and in warm weather I feel miserable wearing it. Any advice ? Thanks

My swelling gets worse in the summer and at times is very un-comfortable but this will never go away.

Claire RothI have had lymphedema in my right arm for 9 years now from cancer surgery. I was amazed to find how many people never heard of this. I take care of my arm and follow all the rules but sometimes my arm swells. Does this happen to anyone else ? Thank-you
